The Newarkic Fourth Republic, informally known simply as Newark, is an independent sovereign Kolniaric state, otherwise referred to as a micronation by outside observers, which was founded on 10 October 2026 as a revival of the original Newarkic states of 2025 by Niall naCnoc. It is located in the Grianac subsector of the Kolniari sector, within the wider Scottish Sector.

On October 10th, 2026 the Republic of Checkland officially recognized the Newarkic Fourth Republic.
On October 15th, 2026 the Republic of Checkland, the Popular Republic of Nargesalem, the Imperial State of Sprinska, the Newarkic Fourth Republic, and the Kingdom of Eleuedla, founded the Coalition of Fraternal Nations.
